Not much going on at home. I have been working many hours at Albertsons trying to make the most I can in my Winter Break. I even worked a ten hour day the other day, it is starting to slow me down, and going to make sure I get more sleep. I havenít had much time for Christmas shopping and season stuff, hopefully time opens up before Christmas. More Family should start to show up at home, more after Christmas.

Well just got back from my Economics Class, had to cut it little short because didn't want to miss Spirit Splash, which is only 30 minutes away. However, I did get my test grade, wow, I got the highest grade in class and set curve, I got a 102 percent. The weather outside is beautiful, around 74 degrees with nice sun, very comfortable. Spirit Splash Time! Got to go get ready!

Misc. Information

Events Info
Here is some misc. information that is going on right now.

Classes are doing good, got a 96 on my last Calculus test so grade resurrection is beginning. I have a speech coming up Thursday, but besides that, it is a pretty normal week.

We had a carnival at the school on Tuesday. We went and checked it out around 8 - 10 p.m. It was fun, it was free and had some fun little rides.

Feeling pretty good health wise. Two of my roommates still kind of sick, they have given me a sore throat and running nose, however, nice cold smoothies and cans of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup are keeping me feeling good.

All computer/electronic stuff is working good, and car is running great, however not getting much use, maybe I will make a trip to Universal next week.

I will try to get more stories up rather then posting big ones like this, just that there is a lot of little stuff going on, not real single big event to discuss.

Halloween Horror Nights

Posted by: Daniel on Sunday, October 10, 2004 - 10:36 PM 755 Reads
Events Info
Halloween Horror Nights might be a victim of its own success. Last night there was said to be over 44,000 people in the park for Halloween Horror Nights. Every ride and haunted house had over 90 minute wait time. The wait times were even if not worse then Cedar Point. In all, I felt it was not worth the 30 dollars spent to visit the park, but felt the 30 dollars to see Dave as well worth it. It was nice to see Dave and hang out with him, maybe next time I will just give him 30 dollars to visit rather then go to Universal. Hopefully he will get to join us for Thanksgiving this year so everyone can see him.

Well, this weekend going to go to Universal for the Halloween Horror nights. I will be joining Dave with a few of his friends. This should be fun; no one else in the family has gone to this so it will be an adventure only Dave and I have walked. On Sunday it will probably be work on papers due later in week.

Freshmen Frenzy

Events Info
Well Back from Freshmen Frenzy. The game started out good, was fun to watch and cheer. We got a turnover early so it was exciting. There was scoring on both sides pretty even, but UCF tired in second half and they pulled ahead. The game was fun overall, there were a couple fights in the stands 100 feet away or so which everyone was watching more then the game. A ball that was kicked for an extra point went over the net into the stands and people wouldn't give the ball back. The police tried for over 30 minutes to get the ball but never did, people were chanting "Keep the Ball" during this. I didn't think the game was going to take up the whole day, I had planned to study and do school work, but I guess I can blame mom for not letting me do that. Sunday is going to be busy day of catch up. Got some exams coming up, as well as homework and projects, not much was delayed because of the big hurricane vacation, so everything is going to be crazy. Time to get to work and get food, I have been out for couple days. Busy busy, at least it looks like I won't be evacuated from the new hurricane. There is a lot I can talk about, but tired and donít want to add more, call me and talk if you want to learn more.

Whats Going On, Whats Aready Gone On

Events Info
Well my first week of college classes are over with. It has been a good week; all my classes are fun and so much more interesting then any high school classes. I am starting to not like the Orlando weather system. I can safely say that every second at some place it is dropping one rain drop in the Orlando area. The problem is many scattered storms, not heavy rains, but just enough to disrupt activities. I was actually driving back from a trip to Wal-Mart and went through 4 different spots of rain, each minute apart. On another note, Freshman Frenzy is coming up on the 11th; I have updated my countdown to follow it. Now to figure out want to do with my first weekend...

Man I love rollercoasters. I just got back from Universal Orlando. I used my new pretty annual pass for both parks. I rode some new rides such as Revenge of the Mummy, T2 3D, and many old fun ones such as Spiderman and Hulk. It was a good break from school, I am very glad to always have it near by. P.S - Classes Start Tomorrow! :-(

Not Much Going On

Events Info
Well everything has slowed down a little at home. The parents have jumped back into the work cycle while I have jumped out of it. I started getting my UCF paperwork together and other small tasks. For leisure been trying out Dawn of War Beta hosted by Fileplanet. It is much more fun then I thought it would be. It is better then any other RTS I have played in the near past. It has a very different resource gathering system setup to make the game all frontline fighting the whole game.
